Pricing questions
What counts towards the 10 free invoices?
Fiscal invoices issued in the current calendar month, in Romanian time. Proformas, credit notes, drafts and received invoices do not count. An invoice issued and then cancelled does count, because its number was used.
What happens beyond the limit?
Without a plan, issuing stops until the start of next month. You can keep preparing drafts, and invoices already issued are transmitted to ANAF without any restriction, so you never miss the 5-working-day deadline.
Is the plan per company or per account?
Per company (tax ID). An accountant working for several companies from one account gets 10 free invoices a month for each of them, and the plan is activated separately for the companies that need more.
How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
By card, from Settings → Subscription, by an owner or admin of the company. The plan renews automatically every year, and every payment comes with a fiscal invoice, sent through e-Factura.
How do I cancel?
At any time, under Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. The plan stays active until the end of the paid year, with no refund, and the company then goes back to the free plan; nothing you issued is lost. We email you 30 and 7 days before every renewal.
